Our regular readers already know that our mission here at Ocean Thermal Energy Corporation (OTE) is to inspire sustainable living by building, owning, and operating fossil fuel-free Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) and Seawater Air Conditioning (SWAC) systems in tropical and subtropical regions of the world. These systems can supply affordable clean power and water for cooling, drinking, aquaculture, and agriculture while presenting economic development opportunities to the approximately 3.0 billion people who live in these regions.
We are very pleased to let you know that we’ve reached yet another important milestone in building our company. Yesterday, OTE completed a merger with TetriDyn Solutions, Inc. (TDYS), a fully compliant public company. We are now listed on the OTC Markets with the ticker symbol of TDYS.
Here at OTE, we’ve spent a lot of time raising capital to build our business. These funds, raised thus far through our loyal and supportive shareholders, have provided us with the resources to recruit and hire great people, build a pipeline full of projects, advance our technology, and create jobs.
Now, as we enter the next phase of our business life, we must make ourselves even more attractive in order to raise the funds we will need to build these large global renewable energy and water projects around the world. We’ll do this by increasing our visibility, building liquidity, and creating future long term shareholder value.

Tom Kostigen, the world-renowned climate change and environmental expert, recently joined us in an advisory role. He was asked by National Geographic Magazine: “What role has climate change played in extreme weather? Tom replied: “We can’t as of yet pinpoint climate change to any specific event, but it clearly has an effect on the weather. Climate is defined as the weather over time.
