As President and Chief Executive Officer at Willow Valley Associates, Inc., Diane L. Poillon leads Willow Valley’s successful business and future growth, providing the vision to accomplish key organizational goals. Founded in 1966, Willow Valley has established a stellar reputation as a leader in the property management and development, retirement, and hospitality industries. Presently, Ms. Poillon serves on the Lancaster General Health Foundation Board, the Messiah College President’s Leadership Council and the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Ms. Poillon also volunteers at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Lancaster Catholic High School and various charitable or community-service organizations in Lancaster County.

Janice Hamby, Rear Admiral, US Navy (Ret.) currently serves as the Information Resources Management College Chancellor at the National Defense University (NDU) in Washington, D.C. She has over thirty years experience in the U.S. Navy cyber security and information technology arena. Admiral Hamby served as a key technology and general strategist at the senior levels of the staffs of the Secretary of Defense, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the Commander, Multi-National Force, Iraq. In her senior role with the Joint Chiefs of Staff from 2009-2011, Admiral Hamby was a primary representative for Department of Defense planning and programming activities related to cyber security and information technology.
